Services
Below is a list of national and local services which can offer assistance.
Kooth
Visit Kooth, a free, safe and anonymous digital counselling and support service for children and young people.
Kooth is a safe and confidential way for young people to access emotional wellbeing and early intervention mental health support. The service is now available to all children and young people across Coventry and Warwickshire aged 11-25 years.
Kooth offers free, immediate, online counselling by fully trained and qualified counsellors as well as access to lots of self-help tools such as; discussion forums with peers, an online magazine and even an activity hub of challenges. The service is available 24/7 365 days a year. Scheduled and 'drop-in' counselling sessions take place between midday-10pm, Monday-Friday and 6pm-10pm Saturday and Sunday; counselling also occurs 365 days a year. On Monday, Wednesday or Thursday each week a live moderated forum will take place in the early evening, safeguarded by a media team.

Rise
Rise is a family of NHS-led services providing emotional wellbeing and mental health services for children and young people in Coventry and Warwickshire.
Rise aims to build resilience and empower children and young people (as well as the adults in their lives) to know where to go for help and advice.
It's made up of a number of different services, each led by mental health specialists.
For urgent calls for children and young people who are experiencing a mental health crisis please contact the Rise Crisis Team on 111, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
